The Ridge Meadows Bruins Rugby Club is committed to fostering honesty, humility, and respect within the sporting culture of the Ridge Meadows area by introducing the game of rugby to players aged 5 and up.

Since 1972, “The Bruins” have fielded teams across all age groups, competing in leagues throughout British Columbia and developing players who have gone on to represent the Fraser Valley, British Columbia, and the Canadian National Teams.

At the Bruins, rugby is for everyone, regardless of skill level, body type, age, or confidence.
